Yes, it is possible to split the payment if you book a trip 31 or more days before the departure date, by choosing the “Deposit and balance” option. The balance must be paid within 30 days before the departure date.
How the deposit works depends on the status of the departure you are booking:
Unconfirmed departure: first unconfirmed booking
If it is your first booking on a departure that is not yet confirmed, you will not be charged anything immediately: we only ask you to leave a credit card as a guarantee. The deposit is €/£/$0. You will be able to cancel or change your trip freely until the departure is confirmed.
Unconfirmed departure: from the second unconfirmed trip onwards
If you already have an active booking on an unconfirmed departure, for each additional booking on an unconfirmed departure an immediate €/£/$100 deposit payment will be required, even if the departure is not yet confirmed.
Confirmed departure
If you book a departure that is confirmed, you will be required to pay the €/£/$100 deposit to secure your place. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days before the departure date.
Payment less than 31 days before departure
If you book less than 31 days before departure, you must pay the full amount at the time of booking. Payment installment options are available.
Installment payments
Prefer to pay in installments? We have several options available!
Please note that in all cases you are entering into a contract directly with an external provider, so we recommend reading their terms and conditions.
- Klarna – available both for full payment and/or for the balance only (full payment being the Deposit and balance).
- PayPal – available both for full payment and for the balance. Availability of installments depends on your PayPal profile.
Discount codes, vouchers and gift cards
If you have discount codes, vouchers or gift cards to use, remember to enter them on the third step of the purchase process, under “Do you have a discount code? Enter it here!”. It will not be possible to add them later or deduct them from the balance, so don’t forget!
