Once you’ve booked your trip, we’ll ask you via email to access your MyWeRoad Personal Area and upload a photo of your passport (front/back) or a valid ID document. We need these in order to proceed with booking accommodations or internal transfers for your trip, if included.
For some trips, we request documents at least 30/45 days in advance. If you don’t have a valid passport yet, please contact us promptly at hello@weroad.com!
However, if you’ve found a trip you’re interested in departing in less than 30 days, feel free to book, but remember to upload the documents in your Personal Area immediately, or send them to us as soon as possible at hello@weroad.com!
