To create an account – and thus access your MyWeRoad Personal Area – you can:
- Activate notifications for a trip by clicking on 'Notify Me' or 'Notify Me When Confirmed': to keep you updated on trips, we’ll ask for your email, creating your account in the process;
- Book your first WeRoad trip: during the second step of the purchase, we’ll ask for your email, and your account will be created as well. If you already have an active account, you can access it by requesting a verification code.
In both cases, you will receive an email to choose and set your password. When you want to access your Personal Area, simply select 'Log In' from the menu, and if you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking 'Forgot your password?'.
The link to set your password for the first time expires after 24 hours. Missed the deadline? No worries! You can receive a new email by clicking 'Forgot your password?'.
