In case of flight changes or delays, remember to inform your Travel Coordinator so that they can organise the best possible meeting with the group - even if you arrive late, they will find a solution!
If the airline cancels your flight, or if you have any issues with boarding, first of all: don’t panic! Contact the airline’s customer service and consider the rebooking options they offer you. Usually, you can opt for an alternative flight or request a refund and buy a new flight with a different airline to avoid missing your WeRoad trip!
If, however, due to flight issues, you decide to cancel your WeRoad trip, you can do so according to the cancellation conditions specified in your booking.
