A ‘On Request’ trip means the trip has already reached full capacity. However, our amazing support team might still find a way to get you on board!
Here’s how it works -
Start the request directly on our website by clicking ‘Book this departure’ and begin the On Request process.
Enter your details and place a deposit to reserve a spot while our team checks availability. If you need assistance at this stage, email hello@weroad.com with the subject ‘On Request’.
3A. If a spot is available, we’ll add you to the trip! Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost, and you’ll have 48 hours to complete the payment. If you change your mind or miss the deadline, your booking will be cancelled, and the deposit will be retained.
3B. If no spots are available, your deposit will be fully refunded. You can then choose another departure date or destination—reach out to us for advice, and we’ll help you find the best option!
